A group of soldiers playing cricket outside Fort George at Ardersier about 11 miles east of Inverness. Fort George was built to garrison government troops policing the Highlands after the 1745 Jacobite Rising. It is still in use today as a military base for the Queen's Own Highlanders IDENTIFIER: PAN2_13
