Especially created for Highland 2007
In partnership with Historic Scotland we have developed a new educational resource to allow schools to create exciting multimedia projects on Highland heritage and culture and share them around the world.

This fun and easy to use feature is available from the Education Zone area of the Am Baile homepage.

Our thanks go to the members of the Fortrose Academy History Club who were kind enough to trial this new development. They have published their Orkney project online for you to enjoy. I'm sure that you will agree that the project is a wonderful example of what can be achieved using our Schools website.

Am Baile was established with initial funding from the New Opportunities Fund and is now funded by The Highland Council and managed as part of Highland Libraries.
